We hire, grow, and mentor great talent and remain steadfast in our commitment to building a culture that helps them succeed. Garda is more than a workplace. We are built on trust, integrity, and a shared vision for how we work together, the enduring relationships we build, and the consistency of our results. Position Responsibilities
  • Partner with technology leads across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Investment Technology, Data, and Risk Applications to plan, coordinate, and track project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans, and RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues with recommendations to help keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate priorities and dependencies across technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders located across global offices.
  • Manage implementation timelines with external vendors and support successful project execution from planning through delivery.
  • Prepare monthly technology portfolio updates for the CTO and COO, providing clear reporting on project status, risks, milestones, and key decisions.
  • Present project updates to technical and executive stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement of project management standards, governance, and reporting.

Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • 3-6 years of technology project management experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience planning and delivering infrastructure or other technical projects in partnership with engineering or technology teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms, with familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
  • Interest or experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, investment technology, or trading technology projects is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification is preferred.
