Configuration Center/Asset Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
Daily focus on delivery deadlines
Attention to detail
Asset Management responsibilities to include:
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Ability to self-start
Work independently and with a team
Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image
Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging
Inventory control/audits
Professional written / oral communication skills
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
1+ years of SCCM experience
1+ years of WindowsOS experience
1+ years of experience with Active Directory services years of
1+ experience with virtualization technologies years of macOS experience
