We are seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to provide support for enterprise security, workflow orchestration, platform automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. This role involves collaboration with other SRE resources, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to design, build, and support enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for enterprise security, orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Manage and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to design and build enterprise solutions like Ansible, Terraform, and BMC Truesight Orchestrator.
- Perform Linux and Windows administration tasks.
- Utilize enterprise logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Maintain and support systems including BMC Remedy and ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in supporting enterprise solutions, including enterprise security, orchestration, workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Technical Skills:- Linux and Windows Administration
- .NET, Java, Python
- Ansible, Ansible Tower, and Terraform
- Enterprise Logging & Monitoring tools (e.g., Tivoli ITM, Sitescope, Splunk)
- Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring
- BMC Remedy or ServiceNow
- Tableau
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $73.68/hr. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible employees.
