Job Description – Oracle EBS R12 Project Manager
Location: Houston, Texas-Onsite
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Project Manager to lead Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS) engagements for a US-based client. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations and managed large AMS engagements, while effectively leading cross-functional teams and engaging with business stakeholders.
This role requires a strong blend of project management, Oracle functional understanding, client engagement, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation and AMS projects from initiation through post-go-live support.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and overall delivery.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
Conduct discovery workshops and facilitate solution discussions with business stakeholders.
Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, and testing teams.
Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and executive communication.
Manage customer expectations and ensure timely project milestones and deliverables.
Oversee change requests, resource planning, and project financials.
Support AMS governance including incident management, service improvements, release planning, and continuous optimization.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
Required Experience
10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience with 4+ years in Project Management/Delivery Management.
Successfully delivered at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects.
Experience managing Oracle EBS AMS engagements for enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and business processes.
Hands-on functional knowledge or working experience in one or more Oracle EBS modules such as:
Contracts
Financials
Procurement
Supply Chain
Projects
Manufacturing
Exposure to Oracle EPM, Oracle Cloud technologies, or Oracle Fusion integration will be an added advantage.
Experience working with geographically distributed offshore/onshore teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Travel Requirement
Hybrid engagement model with dedicated offshore support.
Ability to travel to the client location in Houston, Texas for 2–3 visits per month on a need basis during critical project phases, workshops, or governance meetings.
