Job Overview: A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Product Designer with deep experience in design systems, advanced Figma expertise, and an interest in AI-enabled workflows. This role sits within a collaborative digital experience team focused on scaling enterprise UX practices, evolving design systems, and modernizing how design and development teams work together.
The ideal candidate is highly systems-oriented, collaborative, and excited about leveraging emerging technologies to improve scalability, efficiency, and consistency across digital products.
What You'll Do - Contribute to and evolve enterprise design system artifacts, reusable patterns, and documentation
- Explore and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve UX design processes, scalability, and speed
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence product and design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, interaction flows, and scalable component patterns across web and mobile experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research including usability testing, interviews, heuristic reviews, and hypothesis-driven design validation
- Present concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Help define scalable UX practices and mentor other designers within the organization
- Collaborate within Agile product teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards across platforms
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Strong experience owning or contributing to enterprise-scale design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards including WCAG compliance
- Strong understanding of responsive, adaptive, and inclusive design principles
- Experience with AI-enabled design workflows, automation tools, design-to-code systems, or generative AI applications within UX processes
- Ability to balance systems thinking with high-quality visual and interaction design execution
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder presentation skills
Nice to Have - UX Research experience
- Product Design experience across complex enterprise environments
- Executive presentation experience
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation concepts
Team Environment This role is part of a collaborative UX organization focused on enterprise customer experience initiatives. The team includes Product, Engineering, Design System specialists, and Agile partners working together to evolve scalable digital experiences across a large organization.
Additional Details - Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday-Thursday

Pay Range: $60-72 per hour - W2 only (No C2C)
