Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Flexible), Monday–Friday
Experience Required: 8–12 Years ONLY (Strict requirement)

Key Responsibilities
Provide back-end support for the Cority Safety Incident Management System
Perform routine system administration activities
Manage user access, roles, and permissions
Review, create, and maintain system workflows
Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues
Deliver advanced and escalated technical support
Use reporting tools to query back-end databases and provide meaningful data
Create and maintain job aids, user guides, and admin documentation
Provide professional technical support to system users
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise-level technology systems
Strong background in:
User administration
Workflow review and creation
Quality control and troubleshooting
Experience using report-writing tools to interact with back-end databases
Proven experience creating user and admin documentation
Hands-on experience with Cority GX2 (Mandatory)
Experience providing advanced/escalated technology support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Excellent customer service and communication skills
