Salesforce Senior QA Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a Senior QA Engineer - Salesforce in the Miami or Dallas area.

Summary:
The Senior QA Engineer will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of enterprise applications supporting Salesforce-based solutions. This role places a strong emphasis on hands-on test automation and CI/CD-integrated testing, with less focus on test framework architecture and more focus on execution, coverage, and delivery.

The Engineer will lead test planning and execution, design and maintain automated test suites, and partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to validate complex requirements and integrations. While Salesforce experience is beneficial, it is not required; strong enterprise QA experience and the ability to quickly learn platforms are highly valued.

This role requires deep automation expertise, strong DevOps alignment, and experience operating in complex, enterprise environments. The Senior QA Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts, mentor junior team members, and help evolve quality practices across teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance across the full SDLC
* Strong emphasis on test automation (functional, regression, end-to-end)
* Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Experience testing enterprise-scale applications or strong aptitude to operate in complex environments
* Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, UFT, or similar
* Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)
* Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and metrics
* Experience working within SaaS and cloud-based environments
* Ability to test multi-system integrations and distributed architectures
* Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
