Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a Senior QA Engineer - Salesforce in the Miami or Dallas area.

Summary:
The Senior QA Engineer will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving high-quality testing practices across enterprise Salesforce applications and integrations. This role emphasizes hands-on test automation, CI/CD-integrated testing, and execution excellence within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.

The Engineer will lead test planning and execution, design and maintain automated test coverage, and partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure reliable, scalable solutions. While Salesforce domain experience is helpful, it is not required; strong enterprise QA experience and the ability to quickly learn new platforms are equally valued.

This role requires deep experience in automation, strong DevOps alignment, and the ability to anticipate quality risks across integrated systems. The Senior QA Engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help evolve QA practices, tools, and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance across the full SDLC
* Strong emphasis on test automation (functional, regression, end-to-end)
* Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Experience testing enterprise-scale applications or demonstrated ability to operate in complex environments
* Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, UFT, or similar
* Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)
* Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and metrics
* Experience testing SaaS and cloud-based platforms
* Ability to test complex integrations and distributed systems
* Proficiency with SQL for backend data validation
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
