We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced CNC Programmer to join our innovative team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and improving CNC programs using various controls, such as Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas. You will be working with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail and precision measurement is crucial. This is a permanent position that requires a high degree of time management skills and the ability to work with CAM/CAD, M-Code, G-Code, and Mastercam.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and create CNC programs using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls.
2. Utilize CAM/CAD, M-Code, G-Code, and Mastercam to create and modify programs.
3. Perform precision measurements to ensure quality and accuracy in all projects.
4. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain production schedules.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and produce custom parts.
6. Monitor the operation of CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
7. Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimum functionality.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machinery.
9. Train and mentor junior programmers and operators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years experience in CNC programming, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls.
3. Strong knowledge of CNC Mill Programming and CNC Lathe Programming.
4. Extensive experience with CAM/CAD, M-Code, G-Code, and Mastercam.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and precision measurement skills.
6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Familiarity with Fusion 360 software is a plus.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
11. Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
