1. Technical Program Manager – POS (Point of Sale)
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
- Strong understanding of POS architectures, store systems, and omnichannel retail flows
- Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
- Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
2. Technical Program Manager – Payments
- 10+ years of Program or Technical Program Management experience
- Proven experience delivering payments or financial transaction platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, gateways, processors, and fraud controls
- Hands-on experience with security, compliance, and regulatory-driven programs
- PCI-DSS, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in Agile and scaled Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
3. Technical Program Manager – Integrations
Role Overview
Lead complex, integration-heavy programs across enterprise platforms and distributed systems. Drive alignment, execution, and delivery of APIs, middleware, and system-to-system integrations supporting POS, Payments, and downstream business platforms.
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven delivery of integration-heavy, distributed system programs
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data flows
- Experience working with enterprise platforms and third-party system integrations
- Solid knowledge of Agile delivery models (Scrum, SAFe)
4. Business Analyst-POS
- Senior Business System Analyst with over 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects within an enterprise environment (1000+ employees). Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- 2+ projects working as a BA on a POS solution end to end. Must have experience working with gateways/processors. Payment experience is a must in order to understand the complexity of the environment.
- 2+ projects (end to end) working with data integrations (APIs, files) - must demonstrate the ability to analyze cross-functional flows and understand functional flows in SaaS applications.
- Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
- Strong understanding of retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation, Container Management, Application Performance Engineering, monitoring, alerting, AWS Services and Architecture
5. Quality Assurance Engineer
- 8+ years of experience in QA and/or Development.
- 3+ years of experience in using automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress and should be comfortable to program as needed
- Understands the concepts of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment and their significance
- 2+ years of experience working with a Point-of-Sale system – Oracle Xstore experience would be highly valued
- Familiarity with AI tools such as using Copilot to accomplish tasks
- Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing.
- Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.
- Experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking.
- Experience leading ambiguous situations, dealing with IT issues and coming up with effective solutions to ensure project deliverables on time and within budget.
6. Senior Mobile QA Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in QA and/or Development.
- 2+ years of experience in quality tools.
- Experience working on testing IOS applications using tools such as Appium and XCode
- Ability write code in any programming or scripting languages – Python ideally would be an asset.
- Experience working on XCUI and XCTest Frameworks.
- Understands various CI/CD practices.
- Experience assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing.
- Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.
- Experience with JIRA for project management and defect tracking.
7. IOS Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development
- Strong knowledge of Swift, Xcode, and iOS SDK
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party libraries
- Understanding of Git and Agile development
8. xStore POS Architect
Architect and design Oracle Xstore POS solutions for retail environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless store operations.
Lead integrations between Xstore POS and enterprise systems such as Order Management, Inventory, Payment Gateways, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
Define technical architecture, customization strategy, and deployment standards for Xstore implementations across multiple retail stores.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate retail requirements into scalable POS solutions and oversee implementation and technical governance.
9. Retail OMS Systems Engineer (Java Engineer with OMS | OMS Lead/Architect)
