Location: 100% Remote

Shift: M-F 8AM-5 PM Pacific (if located in CST must work 10 AM-7 PM, if located in EST 11 AM-8 PM)

Duration: Open Ended w2 contract

responsibilities:

Job Description

• Creating and managing meetings for up to 8 supported senior managers
• Proactive calendar support
• Responding to meeting requests
• Handle & drive to resolve calendar & scheduling conflicts
• Sending/responding to meeting polls
• Identify and resolve problems (if applicable) per documented procedures
• Travel: Book and manage travel arrangements through SAP Concur software
• Expense: Prepare and manage expense filings through SAP Concur software

qualifications:

Required Experience

Calendar Management/Scheduling for multiple Managers/Executives (a plus if for fast paced enterprise financial/banking clients)

Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using SAP Concur for travel and expense management.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently by following documented procedures.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interface with senior leadership, external guests, and internal administrative teams. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
