Title: Solution Architect
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $155K-$170K Base + 10% Annual Bonus

Work Experience:
8+ years of experience in customer data, data engineering, or marketing technology environments
At least 3+ years of experience in marketing technology architecture, including personalization and customer engagement platforms
Strong experience with customer data domains including segmentation, identity resolution, and multi-channel activation
Proven expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Master Data, CRM/loyalty systems, and Customer 360 solutions
Experience defining identity resolution strategies across first-party, hybrid, and third-party models
Experience implementing data governance, privacy, and consent management frameworks
Hands-on experience designing personalization, ML decisioning, and engagement ecosystems
Experience with marketing automation platforms (email, SMS, push, etc.)
Background working across full MarTech and AdTech ecosystems including analytics and attribution
Experience integrating CMS/DAM platforms into customer engagement ecosystems
Exposure to retail media networks and first-party data monetization strategies
Experience evaluating vendors and making build vs buy decisions
Experience working with large-scale, high-volume data ingestion systems (batch + streaming)
Experience collaborating with data science teams to operationalize ML models
Exposure to AI/GenAI in marketing or engineering environments is a plus
Skills:
Proficiency with MarTech/AdTech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar
Strong experience with CDPs, customer data warehouses, and customer 360 platforms
Deep understanding of identity resolution and data matching strategies
Experience with marketing platforms including CRM, CMS/DAM, personalization, and decisioning engines
Knowledge of paid media, attribution frameworks, and audience activation
Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable)
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Experience with data lakes, warehouses, and modern data platform architectures
Strong knowledge of data governance, consent management, and data lineage
Ability to drive architecture strategy including scalability and cost optimization
Familiarity with DevOps, AIOps, and automation frameworks
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Define and deliver architecture solutions across customer data platforms, marketing automation, personalization, and analytics ecosystems
Establish target-state architecture across CDP, data warehouse, and customer master systems
Ensure seamless integration across MarTech, AdTech, CMS/DAM, and analytics platforms
Define and govern identity resolution strategies and enterprise customer data frameworks
Design and support real-time and batch personalization and decisioning systems
Develop standards for data flows, customer data governance, and content integration
Enable first-party data activation across paid media and monetization channels
Evaluate vendors and platforms, drive architecture decisions, and optimize costs
Stay current on emerging trends in MarTech, AdTech, and AI
Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and compliance standards
Collaborate with marketing, IT, product, and data teams to deliver enterprise solutions
Provide overarching governance and architectural leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of relevant experience in data, MarTech, or architecture roles
Proven track record delivering large-scale customer data or marketing technology initiatives
Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
