Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SAP EC Payroll Lead Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP EC Payroll, payroll configuration, integration with Employee Central, and payroll business processes. This role requires working closely with HR, payroll stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and support payroll transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into payroll system configurations.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes within SAP EC Payroll.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with EC Payroll and other HR/finance systems.
• Support payroll processing cycles, testing, and issue resolution during payroll runs.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax rules, and statutory requirements.
• Lead functional design workshops, solution documentation, and system configuration documents.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support UAT, production support, system enhancements, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and implementation.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll processes, schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central integration with Payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in data migration, payroll testing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Time Management.
• Understanding of HRIS architecture and integration tools (SAP CPI / middleware / APIs).
• Strong functional consulting, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead payroll implementations and support complex HR transformations.
