Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Waltham, MA that is seeking an OCM Lead.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a tailored OCM strategy aligned to the Waltham Digital program objectives, phased rollout plan, and go-live milestones
* Assess change impacts and organizational readiness across all digital solution rollouts, including ELN, Lab Data Hub, Sample Inventories, LARA, and PlaNN
* Create and maintain actionable OCM deliverables: stakeholder maps, communication plans, training strategies, adoption metrics, and readiness assessments
* Support the transition from fragmented, manual workflows to integrated, automated scientific workflows - helping scientists shift effort from data administration to target discovery
* Partner with RDP Lead and a team of Sr. Scientific Business Analysts Digital Leads (GR and TD), scientists, lab managers, and program leadership to build sponsorship and drive adoption across all user groups
* Engage with key LoB representatives (Peptide Synthesis, Generic Biology, Rare Diseases, and In-Vivo research teams) as new use cases are continuously onboarded
* Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions with lab scientists and scientific support staff
* Support change agent networks and site champions within the Waltham facility
* Navigate organizational complexity
* Design and deliver clear, role-based communication materials that articulate the "why, what, and how" of transitioning to integrated digital lab tools - including ELN, Lab Data Hub, Sample Inventory, LARA, and PlaNN
* Ensure ongoing reinforcement and adoption support post go-live, including for use cases onboarded continuously

Collaborate with training teams to develop scientist-facing, role-based training for each solution go-live:
* ELN experiment documentation and template workflows
* Instrument data ingestion and Lab Data Hub usage
* Request and reservation workflows in PlaNN (Wrike)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communication, or related field
* 5+ years of OCM experience, ideally within large-scale IT or digital transformation programs
* Experience working in or with regulated research, pharma, or life sciences environments strongly preferred
* Familiarity with laboratory environments, scientific workflows (e.g., experiment design, sample management, in-vivo studies), and the challenges of digitizing lab operations is a significant advantage
* Experience supporting SaaS platform rollouts and multi-system integrations in complex organizations
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
* Ability to translate complex technical digital solutions into scientist-friendly language and adoption strategies
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills - comfortable engaging both scientists and senior program stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption and readiness metrics
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, use-case-driven delivery model where scope evolves continuously based on prioritized research use cases
