Learning and Development Trainer - CoPilot

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer - CoPilot in Baltimore, MD.

Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced L&D consultant specific to Co-Pilot trainings. The candidate will have experience creating training materials specific to Co-Pilot roll out and experience presenting training material to audiences in an engaging fashion to both large (100+) and small audiences.

This will be a contract role, minimum of 6 months with the high probability of extension or even conversion to permanent employee.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Core Training Capability:
* Facilitate live, hands-on workshops and guided build sessions
* Tailor content to varied skill levels (beginner - advanced)
* Translate complex concepts into clear, practical instruction

Instructional Design:
* Design and develop structured training curricula (foundational + advanced)
* Create reusable training assets (slides, labs, demos, recordings)
* Build hands-on exercises and guided labs for agent development
* Develop job aids, quick reference guides, and self-service materials

Audience & Enablement Approach:
* Teach across multiple personas (citizen devs, power users, business SMEs)
* Adapt delivery style based on technical proficiency and role
* Support cohort-based/progressive learning models
* Reinforce learning through office hours, coaching, and feedback loops

Collaboration & OCM Alignment:
* Partner with OCM resources to align training with adoption strategy
* Co-create enablement materials (job aids, comms, learning paths)
* Incorporate Responsible AI and governance guidance into training
* Gather feedback and continuously refine training content

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Expertise:
* Deep expertise in Copilot Studio agent creation (end-to-end build lifecycle)
* Strong proficiency in Copilot Agent Builder/M365 declarative agents
* Ability to demonstrate real-world agent use cases and patterns
* Understanding of Power Platform ecosystem and integrations

Delivery Presence & Demeanor:
* Strong facilitation skills with confident, engaging presentation style
* Ability to simplify, pace, and adjust delivery in real time
* Approachable, patient, and effective with diverse learner groups

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
