Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
· Lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration readiness.
· Define technical and functional architecture for new and existing implementations.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Platform Configuration & Customization
Required
· 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.
· 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
· Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
· Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.
· Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
· Preferred
· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
