Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Muskegon seeking Electrical Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and infrastructure.
• Develops and maintains electrical schematics, documentation, and safety procedures.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Manages electrical projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ensures compliance with electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
• Experience with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel layouts (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, UL 508A).
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
