Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst with strong expertise in Snowflake and Collibra to support enterprise data governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing data governance frameworks, managing metadata, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Configure and manage Collibra workflows, data catalog, business glossary, and data lineage.
Integrate Collibra with Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms.
Define and monitor data quality rules and KPIs.
Partner with data owners, data stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure proper data classification and stewardship.
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Perform data lineage mapping and impact analysis.
Conduct metadata management and maintain business glossary definitions.
Prepare governance dashboards and reports for leadership.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in Data Governance / Data Management.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse.
Strong working knowledge of Collibra (Data Catalog, Data Governance Center, Workflow).
Experience in metadata management and data lineage tools.
Understanding of data quality frameworks and tools.
Strong SQL skills.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
