The Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst is responsible for implementing and operating robust identity and access management (IAM) strategies to protect the organization s digital assets, working closely with business and application teams to ensure the right users have the right access, and reporting to the Global Cybersecurity IAM Director. This role requires 6+ years of IAM experience and a bachelor s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, with strong expertise in IAM concepts, governance, identity lifecycle management, access controls (RBAC and entitlements), privileged access management, incident response, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory and corporate policies. Saviynt experience is highly preferred, and hands-on experience implementing and managing multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required. The ideal candidate has experience with IAM/AM tools such as Azure AD, Okta, Oracle, SailPoint, or similar platforms; can define, track, and report IAM KPIs to senior leadership; translate technical security risks into clear business terms; lead IAM initiatives and projects end to end; manage day-to-day IAM operations including user provisioning, access reviews, and escalations; and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
