Role Overview

Owns the organisational change management (OCM) strategy and execution for a 25-country, 16-month Oracle Fusion transformation affecting 1,180 licensed users across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Responsible for ensuring people are ready, willing, and able to work in Oracle Fusion before each wave go-live. With 65 identified change impacts across process, applications, and data - and Local Process Owners to be activated in all 25 countries - adoption risk is one of the program's most significant execution challenges.

What You Will Do

  • OCM strategy: Design and execute end-to-end change management strategy; develop stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption measurement frameworks aligned to the wave go-live calendar.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Map and engage 182 RACI members; identify and manage resistance; design targeted engagement plans for senior leaders, workstream leads, and end users.
  • Training: Own training strategy from needs analysis through development, delivery, and effectiveness measurement; manage Training Lead and Training Developer; deliver role-based training before each wave go-live.
  • Business readiness: Produce wave-by-wave readiness scorecards; provide formal go/no-go readiness input to Program Director for each cutover decision.
  • Communications: Design and deliver the program communications plan - executive briefings, town halls, change newsletters, and local language communications for 8 localisation countries.
  • Local Process Owners: Support in identifying, training, and activating Local Process Owners across 25 countries; ensure LPOs are embedded in each wave cutover plan.

What Good Looks Like

  • Business readiness score of 80% or above achieved for Wave 1 entities before February 2027 go-live.
  • Training completion rate of 90% or above for all Wave 1 end users before cutover.
  • Zero go-live stoppages attributable to user readiness or adoption failure.
  • Local Process Owners identified, trained, and active in all 25 countries before their wave go-live.

What You Need to Have Done Before

  • 15+ years of organizational change management on enterprise ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience managing OCM on multi-country, multi-language Oracle Cloud deployments.
  • Proven training design and delivery at scale - 1,000+ users preferred.
  • Prosci ADKAR or equivalent OCM certification strongly preferred.
