Job Description
We are seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst for HR Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Time and Attendance, Production Scheduling, and HR system configuration and a proven ability to analyze requirements, implement scalable solutions, and sustain high system availability for a global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as analyst resource for global HR system processes, data, and technology projects with a focus on plant shift scheduling capabilities.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems and ensure system health and sustainability.
- Utilize Indeavor functional expertise to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions across scheduling configuration and integrations.
- Act as consultant for global HR systems, data, and processes by identifying process impacts on technology and data, including potential constraints.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define functional requirements, including data, configuration, and integration needs, and translate them into recommendations and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging existing and new functionality.
- Deliver prioritized initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
- Own quality assurance activities, including test script creation, test execution, and user acceptance coordination for system solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation supporting system or process changes.
- Communicate system or process changes to users with varying technical knowledge.
- Advocate for HR technology solutions and inform stakeholders on relevant trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years supporting and delivering complex IT solutions. 5+ years preferred.
- Experience configuring, solutioning, and supporting Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications, including Indeavor and comparable platforms.
- Understanding of integrations between Time and Attendance and scheduling software.
- Ability to collaborate with contractors and third-party vendors to deliver quality outcomes on projects and enhancements.
- Proven capability to gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure, and support data, processes, and technology solutions.
- Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support for technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities and ambiguity.
Preferred Skills:
- Infor WFM experience.
- Indeavor application experience or similar platforms such as Shiftboard or Infor APS.
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics.
