Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules, with good knowledge of Core HR, ORC, OTL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable, compliant, and high-quality HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits modules.
· Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
· Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle HCM processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
· Conduct fit/gap analysis and recommend process enhancements and solution optimizations.
· Design and develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations to meet business needs.
· Lead and facilitate requirement gathering and design workshops with HR stakeholders.
· Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
· Configure and support Fast Formulas, payroll balances, eligibility profiles, and benefits processing.
· Perform system testing, support UAT, resolve defects, and ensure timely issue resolution.
· Provide post-implementation and post–go live production support, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
· Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with payroll and benefits regulations.
· Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM quarterly releases and recommend adoption strategies for new features.
· Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
· 15+ years of experience in a Techno Functional HCM consulting role.
· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits.
· Expertise in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
· Working knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
· Solid understanding of end to end HR and Payroll business processes.
· Experience across multiple project phases including Project Preview, Fit/Gap, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
· Hands-on involvement in at least two full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules.
· Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Payroll, Benefits, or Core HR.
· Prior experience working with US payroll and benefits regulations.
