Description:

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Workday ERP Transformation

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite Rogers Park)

Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a major enterprise system transformation at a large university serving 5,000+ faculty, staff, and student workers.

This role will lead the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts during a critical phase of implementation. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting ERP or enterprise SaaS transformations and be comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OCM strategy and adoption planning for a large-scale enterprise system implementation.
Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communication planning across departments.
Partner with the implementation partner's OCM team to tailor change frameworks and best practices.
Drive organizational readiness, adoption, and process standardization.
Support communications, training alignment, and change readiness activities.
Mentor an OCM Specialist and help establish the foundation for a Change Management Office (CMO).

Qualifications

7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Finance, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
Workday experience preferred but not required.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption expertise.
Familiarity with Prosci, ACMP, or similar change management frameworks.
Higher Education experience is a plus.
