Project Manager ONSITE In Colorado Springs, CO

Description
Our client is undertaking a large, highly complex conversion program as a result of its merger. The initiative will take two existing banking platforms and migrate them into a third, new core platform, while simultaneously converting the digital banking platform. This project is extensive, involving 30+ system integrations, extensive data mapping and cleanup, and a broad ecosystem of internal tools and vendors.
This is an execution-focused Project Manager role - not a coordinator and not a technical SME. You'll partner closely with a Program Manager and own day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams.

The PM will work closely with a Program Manager and will serve as the day-to-day driver for multiple workstreams and sub-projects.
The Project Manager will:
Coordinate and track work across Action Team Leads and SMEs, representing multiple business and technical areas.
Own the day-to-day task, milestone, and dependency management for working teams, including tracking progress, capturing decisions, and identifying/escalating roadblocks.
Support planning and coordination for system integrations and terminations, including understanding termination windows, vendor timelines, and integration schedules.
Partner closely with the assigned Program Manager on status reporting, issue/risk tracking, and ensuring updates roll up cleanly into program-level reporting.
Schedule and facilitate key working meetings; ensure clear action items, owners, and due dates are documented and followed up on.
Operate with high autonomy, demonstrating strong organization, detail orientation, and follow-through, so leaders can "fire and forget" tasks with confidence.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation of 5 days in the office per 10-day pay period, aligned to key meetings and collaboration needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with core banking conversions or large-scale system migrations / mergers.
Prior work with data migration / data cleanup / data mapping in complex environments.
Experience working in a merger / integration program with many stakeholder groups and vendors.
Business Analyst exposure or partnering closely with BAs on large initiatives.
Experience supporting or working closely with program managers in enterprise programs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
