Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Architect to lead enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM architecture, technical modernization, cloud migration, and enterprise integration, with a proven track record of leading large-scale HCM transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and modernization initiatives.

• Assess legacy environments, technical debt, customizations, and integration challenges.

• Develop modernization roadmaps and future-state cloud architectures.

• Define cloud migration strategies using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Evaluate PeopleSoft upgrades, Oracle Cloud HCM migration, and hybrid architectures.

• Design enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware.

• Lead HCM data migration, conversion, governance, and analytics initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Overall 16+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Technology

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM.

• 5+ years of architecture leadership experience.

• 5+ years of enterprise modernization or cloud transformation experience.

• Strong expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Process Scheduler, and Security Administration.

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).

• Knowledge of OCI, cloud migration, high availability, disaster recovery, and security architecture.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, enterprise integrations, and complex HR/payroll environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
