Senior .NET Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining modern software solutions using .NET and cloud technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, communicates clearly, and enjoys working on systems that support core business operations.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET
* Enhance existing applications and troubleshoot production issues
* Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to deliver solutions
* Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
* Support Agile development processes and team delivery goals
* Contribute to improving development standards, quality, and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience developing applications with C# and .NET (.NET Core preferred)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
* Experience with SQL databases and data-driven applications
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
* Ability to clearly explain technical work and problem-solve effectively
* Very strong communication skills
* Ownership mindset and accountability for delivery
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
