SAP PP/PM Business Systems Analyst

Client: Zoox
The SAP PP/PM resource for working on developments and implementing improvements in the system. Primary skill requirements are PP and secondary is PM.
Basic ABAP debugging /technical knowledge is a should have skill
Responsibilities
ITA system lead for configuration management , expected to be on the MFG line for any escalations and new requirements. Note: The role is onsite and expected to be working from the bay area.
Consult with business leads and enhance existing processes and build new requirements in SAP S/4 and BTP solutions
Facilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate.
Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business operations, log user requirements and sign off on KDD's based on current and future state requirements.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with business users to build use cases, analyze functional requirements and design the process in SAP.
Opportunity to complete holistic solutions by defining functional design gaps and solutions for objects to add to the system.
Create functional specifications and provide walkthroughs of the FS to the development team
Ensure documentation for support and new development documentation is followed (i.e. scope, design (FS), create test plans, document cutover, perform integration testing and support in UAT).
Perform regression testing to ensure the new developments is not impacting existing functionality
Demonstrate effective teamwork skills with strong oral and written communication on deliverables.

Qualifications
5 - 12 years of SAP experience designing and implementing the SAP PP (Production planning and Execution) module
Strong in SAP PP and PM Master data management
Minimum 1 Full Lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA Implementation experience in SAP PP with cross-module integrations. Experience or knowledge of the OEM industry / discrete manufacturing is a must
Basic understanding of ABAP coding, debugging and identifying failure points is a must. Suggesting changes and modifications is a bonus
Strong understanding of Master Data and integration points involved in PP and PM
Good understanding of Manufacturing master data maintenance in PLM such as EBOM, MBOM, Routing and integration with SAP.
Strong experience interfacing data with MES or any other third-party application integration systems.
Experience in handling integrations using API's with other systems
Good understanding of PM Master data such as Equipment, Equipment BOM, Equipment structure, measurement points etc.
Strong configuration and design skills to map the required business processes
Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
Proven ability to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standards
Strong communications to work with end-users and management from across the company, and to collaborate with external consultants and vendors.
Bonus Qualifications
Previous experience in Manufacturing / Automotive industry is a plus
API management, strong integration experience is a plus
Worked on S4/HANA implementation
