Job#: 3020200 Job Description: AI ENGINEERFully RemoteMust be eligible to obtain a Public TrustAbout the RoleOur Human Resources Tech Services (HRTS) team is seeking an AI Engineer to support modernization efforts across HR systems. This role focuses on leveraging AI and automation to enhance recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and data-driven HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the current HRTS application landscape and identify gaps and opportunities for AI and automation.
- Recommend system enhancements, integration improvements, and software update strategies.
- Develop AI models and algorithms tailored to HR use cases.
- Produce clear project documentation including plans, schedules, and progress updates.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, HR stakeholders, and business partners.
- Apply prior experience as an AI Engineer or similar role (minimum four years).
- Utilize technologies such as Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat, Java, Python, and GitHub.
Required Experience- 3-5 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI, analytics support, and technical leadership.
- Demonstrated success building and supporting AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- If no degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
