Required Experience
5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
Hands-on experience with Account Analysis billing for commercial banking clients
Direct experience supporting Weiland Account Analysis (configuration, pricing logic, billing, or troubleshooting)
Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and their billing models
Experience supporting pricing logic, volume-based fees, allowances, compensating balances, and ECR calculations
Ability to translate business and pricing rules into functional and system requirements
Experience supporting Treasury Management product implementations, pricing changes, or system enhancements
Strong documentation, testing, and validation skills
Proven ability to partner with Treasury, Finance, Product, Operations, and IT stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management IT Business Analyst to support commercial banking pricing, account analysis, and billing solutions.
This role focuses on translating Treasury Management business and pricing requirements into system logic, with a strong emphasis on Account Analysis and Weiland billing.
The analyst will support pricing structures, volume-based fees, allowances, compensating balances, and Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) calculations that directly impact client billing and revenue.
This role partners closely with Treasury, Product, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure Treasury Management products are priced accurately, configured correctly, and billed consistently across systems.
Responsibilities include:
Gathering and documenting requirements, supporting Treasury Management product implementations and enhancements, troubleshooting billing discrepancies, and participating in testing and validation efforts.
The ideal candidate understands how Treasury Management products translate into billable events and has hands-on experience supporting account analysis platforms.
This is a 100% remote role supporting complex, revenue-impacting banking systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
