Unified Communications Engineer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer III to join their team in Orlando, FL. This role will be 5 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain assigned Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services
* Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Purview, and related administration. Support Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Shared Drives, Meet, Chat, Groups, and core productivity applications
* Configure service settings, organizational structures, groups, sharing options, delegated administrative roles, and assigned platform capabilities
* Monitor platform health, status, capacity, storage, usage patterns, and dependencies; maintain accurate technical documentation
* Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace issues involving access, sharing, mail flow, collaboration, storage, configuration, integrations, and service behavior
* Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable corrective actions using administrative, reporting, monitoring, audit, and diagnostic tools
* Manage assigned incidents and requests through ServiceNow with accurate documentation and timely customer updates
* Coordinate issue resolution with identity, security, infrastructure, networking, vendors, and other technical teams
* Develop repeatable troubleshooting and support procedures
* Lead assigned technical workstreams for implementations, migrations, integrations, policy deployments, service transitions, feature rollouts, and lifecycle improvements
* Develop requirements, implementation and test plans, configuration records, migration procedures, and operational handoff materials
* Manage deliverables and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions; Evaluate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace roadmap changes for technical and operational impact

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
