Position: MuleSoft Architect

Location: Remote/Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 Months contract position

Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
API-Led Connectivity: Develop strategies using System, Process, and Experience APIs to ensure reusability and consistent data flow.
Governance: Establish API governance frameworks to maintain audit trails, data lineage, and naming conventions required for regulatory readiness.
Performance Optimization: Lead code reviews and performance tuning to handle high-volume financial transactions with minimal latency.
Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mule 4.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
Data Transformation: Mastery of DataWeave 2.0 for complex data mapping across formats like XML, JSON, and CSV.
Financial Systems Knowledge: Experience integrating with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Professional Standing: Typically requires 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on MuleSoft architecture.
Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring developers, conducting architectural reviews, and managing stakeholder expectations in an Agile environment.
