Senior SF Developer - Remote / Telecommute

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Build and manage workflows and process automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, and queueable processes for data management and integrations.
• Utilize OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors to create tailored user solutions.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and integration.
• Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system architecture.
• Manage Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Develop and execute ETL processes and data migration strategies.

Required Skills And Experience:

• Strong experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Experience with OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
• Familiarity with version control and deployment tools such as Flosum or similar.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with batch processing, queueable jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data sharing architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer, or JavaScript Developer.
• Experience with automated deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical expertise.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.

Years of Experience:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
