This job will have the following responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled
Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end application development, building responsive user interfaces using React and implementing robust backend services using Java-based technologies. The role involves integrating frontend applications with microservices, handling data processing workflows, and delivering high-quality, performance-driven solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (React)- Design, develop, and maintain React-based web applications using modern component-based architecture.
- Build reusable, scalable UI components to render provider, patient, and medical record details.
- Implement dynamic screens to display medical record processing and submission status at provider and patient levels.
- Develop advanced search functionality for providers and patient medical record package submissions.
- Integrate React applications with backend RESTful microservices.
- Manage state efficiently using React Hooks, Context API, or Redux.
- Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal UI performance.
- Follow best practices for frontend development, including clean code, modularization, and unit testing.
Backend (Java)- Design and develop Java-based backend services and APIs using Spring / Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain microservices to support frontend workflows and data processing.
- Implement business logic for medical records processing, status tracking, and provider submissions.
- Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Integrate with databases and external services as required.
- Handle error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
General / Full Stack Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux / Context API).
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
Preferred Skills- Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of healthcare domain or large-scale data processing systems is a plus.
Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
