• Preliminary design of the TS process can be addressed via TRM and extended via a scoped application and CMDB. Solution to be finalized, pending completion of the initial Discovery period. Evaluation of current ServiceNow out of the box capabilities and future roadmap considerations will also determine final solution, aligning to the principals of OOTB platform capability vs. customization wherever possible.
