Job Description:
  • We are seeking an IT User Experience & Communications Specialist to drive the communication, usability, and adoption of enterprise technology solutions across the organization.
  • This role serves as the bridge between IT and end users by developing clear communications for technology initiatives, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across internal applications, creating user-focused documentation and training materials, and supporting the successful rollout and adoption of enterprise systems.
  • The candidate must have strong technical communication, UX, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end communications for enterprise IT initiatives, including application launches, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, feature releases, digital transformation programs, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies, stakeholder communication plans, user adoption campaigns, and executive messaging to drive awareness and adoption of enterprise technologies.
  • Create and manage user-facing communications, release notes, service notifications, system alerts, critical incident communications, and post-incident updates.
  • Partner with IT, Product Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, PMO, Corporate Communications, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely technology communications.
  • Establish communication standards, templates, governance, and best practices for IT teams.
  • Provide UI/UX guidance for internal web and application projects to ensure intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences.
  • Design graphics, HTML content, and SharePoint pages that maintain a cohesive visual identity across IT services.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, user guides, and support documentation for enterprise business applications.
  • Publish and manage documentation on SharePoint Online and other enterprise knowledge platforms.
  • Develop end-user training materials, quick reference guides, e-learning content, and deliver training sessions to support technology adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and support teams to improve user experience and increase adoption of enterprise technologies.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through user-centered communication, documentation, and change enablement.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Communications, Internal Communications, UX Content Design, Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, Digital Adoption, and Enterprise Change Management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT organizations and communicating technology initiatives such as software implementations, upgrades, migrations, digital transformation, organizational change programs, application launches, upgrades, migrations, feature releases, and critical incidents.
  • Proven experience developing user documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and communication plans for enterprise systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, Infrastructure, Security, PMO, Corporate Communications, and Business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Experience applying UX/UI principles to internal applications, portals, and digital experiences to improve usability and user adoption.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, organizational change management, or enterprise application implementations (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft 365) is highly preferred.
  • Experience developing and delivering end-user training materials and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skillsets:
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (Prosci ADKAR or similar).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Power Platform.

Education:
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
