Job Description:
As a Senior Change Management Consultant in the Transformation Management Office, you will support one or more strategic initiatives at Adobe. You will partner with program managers, product managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to plan and execute change management activities that help prepare employees for change, minimize disruption, and drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
What you'll Do
•Develop and execute change management plans that support business transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change impacts, readiness activities, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement
•Identify and assess impacted stakeholder groups, develop engagement approaches, and support stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
•Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations and change interventions.
•Support business readiness efforts by gathering feedback, identifying risks and adoption barriers, and partnering with program teams to address gaps.
•Develop and deliver communications approach, plan, and materials across a variety of channels, including presentations, emails, SharePoint sites, newsletters, videos, and leadership messaging
•Partner with training and business teams to assess learning needs, support training planning, and develop readiness and reinforcement activities that help users successfully adopt new capabilities.
•Collaborate with program leaders, people managers, and key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to program objectives
•Support change network, champion, and advocate programs to increase engagement and adoption across impacted audiences
•Monitor stakeholder feedback, readiness indicators, and adoption metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions where needed
•Track and report on key change management activities, deliverables, risks, and adoption outcomes.
•Provide post-launch support through communications, office hours, reinforcement activities, measurement, and continuous improvement efforts.
•Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities
What you need to succeed
•Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application, including at least 7 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus
•Strong communication and content development skills using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics
•Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations.
•Experience using data, feedback, and insights to inform change management recommendations and decisions
•Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable
•Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content; experience with Adobe suite is desirable
