Program / Project Manager 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program/Project Manager 3 in Fremont, CA.

Duties:
* Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery
* Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Operations, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* 3-6 years of program/project management experience in a hardware/manufacturing environment (sustaining, NPI support, lifecycle, or operations-focused PM)
* Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving schedules to closure
* Working knowledge of change management/configuration control (ECR/ECO) and release processes
* Strong execution and prioritization across multiple simultaneous projects
* Structured thinking: clear problem statements, decision framing, risk management
* Strong written/verbal communication and Power Point with crisp status reporting
* Detail-oriented with disciplined follow-up; Comfortable operating with ambiguity
* Able to influence without authority; Effective facilitation and conflict resolution

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
