Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
Duration: 6+ Months Contract + extension
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid 3 days onsite a week)
Qualifications:
Experience implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments with projects of varying size and complexity.
Demonstrated understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban.
Coaching new and existing teams in Scrum and/or Kanban/Scrumban best practices, so teams can meet sprint goals and mature in agile practices.
Hands on experience with some type of agile tooling: JIRA, AgileCraft, VersionOne, TFS
Minimum 4-6 years of previous Agile Coaching or Scrum Master experience, with deep knowledge of all Scrum roles and Scrum ceremonies.
Agile Certification (preferred), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC).
Experience working within a product team.
This position will be working with AI Enablement teams, so experience with AI is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional delivery teams to execute complex initiatives on time and within scope.
Partner with Product Manager and Engineering Leader to align priorities, challenge assumptions, and ensure delivery feasibility.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across the delivery lifecycle.
Champion agile principles and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
Own delivery metrics and reporting to ensure visibility and informed decision-making
