Pay range: $120 to $125 per hour (DOE)
Job Description:- Lead AI-native product initiatives focused on accelerating workflows for Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers across the product development lifecycle.
- Drive end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered tools and agent-driven workflows.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and emerging AI ecosystem trends.
- Build and scale AI-native capabilities that improve problem discovery, product definition, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Research, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Platform teams.
- Translate evolving AI and agentic technology trends into scalable, high-leverage product investments.
- Develop secure, scalable, and trustworthy AI solutions with strong user adoption and measurable business impact.
- Define success metrics and use data-driven decision-making to prioritize features, measure adoption, and track acceleration outcomes.
- Anticipate strategic risks and proactively resolve execution challenges to maintain delivery momentum.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, learning, and bias toward action.
Qualifications:- 6+ years of Product Management experience, including building and launching 0-to-1 AI-driven products.
- Strong expertise with AI tools and platforms including Claude and Cursor.
- Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, agentic technologies, and productivity acceleration for PM and Design functions.
- Proven ability to validate concepts through qualitative and quantitative experimentation.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Experience identifying and applying emerging AI technologies to solve customer and operational challenges.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Research teams.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- Comfortable working across multiple product domains and lifecycle stages.
