Bachelor''s degree. Five years of experience in software development and systems analysis. Additional related work experience in software development and systems analysis may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

This is a technical position within the Division of Regulatory & Utilitity Servixes in the Communications, Information and Technology Department (CITD). This area supports highly complex, mission critical applications and vendor packages with various intercaces, both internal and external to the County. This position is reponsible for business processes and the impact of modifications to any of the above-mentioned applications. This position entails working cooperatively and professionally with technical staff, customers, and other members of the team.
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Salesforce Flow Builder - Designing, configuring, and optimizing Record, Triggered, Screen, Schedule, and Auto-Launched Flows for automation.
- Declarative Automation - Ability to implement Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes without custom code.
- Apex & Visualforce - Proficient in Apex triggers, batch processing, and Visualforce pages for extending Flow functionality.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Experience in custom component decelpment for enhanced UI and dynamic interations within Salesforce.
- Integration & API Development - REST/SOA APIs, external system integrations, and third-party services (Mulesoft, Postman, etc.).
- SOQL/SOSL & Data Mnaagment - Query optimations, bulk data processing, and migration strategies.
- Security & Access Control - Understanding profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules for maintaining proper data access control.
- Development LIfecycle & CI/CD - Experience with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
