Role: Senior Servicenow Consultant

Location: Remote - US

Duration: 6 Months with Possible Extension

Position Overview:

This role is an integral part of Now on Now’s Product Adoption and Customer Success strategy. You will help drive insights and strategic, company-wide, highly visible partnerships with Digital Technology, Product, Engineering and Customer Outcomes orgs, driving high product maturity and customer success engagements for all Now-on-Now efforts. Primary focus on this role is to design , track and report on product adoption. The role is expected drive the adoption –modifying and maintaining product adoption data and producing executive reporting on adoption.

• Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product adoption strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
• Data Analytics: Serve as the resource for data analysis and presentation, with demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, scripting, ability to design & retrieve data form multiple instances to create data sets & dashboards. Expert level knowledge of Power BI& Excel
• Demonstrated success in scripting, data retrieval, batch jobs and building dashboards
• Highly skilled and demonstrated ability in data visualization and reporting with tools like Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint

What you need to be successful in this role:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and any Performance analytics related) are required.
• Implementation knowledge of ServiceNow’s suite of products and platform is mandatory.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in roles requiring in-depth knowledge of building applications on ServiceNow
• Demonstrated success in scripting, data retrieval, batch jobs and building dashboards
• Highly skilled and demonstrated ability in data visualization and reporting with tools like Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of shared services implementations on Servicenow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
