Description
TEKsystems is seeking a Data Architect - Google Cloud Platform & Analytics Lead to serve as one of our customers Data Owner during a critical phase of growth and transformation.
This role will own and lead enterprise data architecture-bridging complex, third-party healthcare systems with a modern analytics stack built on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery, Looker, Fivetran, and dbt. The Data Architect will be accountable for data integrity, cost-efficient cloud architecture, and trusted analytics that power clinical, operational, and executive decision-making.
This is a hands-on leadership role (roughly 50% stakeholder partnership / 50% technical architecture and optimization) and is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments and can bring structure, governance, and credibility.

Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture & Platform Ownership
Own and manage MVP's enterprise data architecture in Google Cloud
Lead the design, rebuild, and optimization of data pipelines into BigQuery
Oversee ingestion and modeling of ~50% of core data sources initially, with ongoing expansion
Ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-controlled cloud architecture
Make architectural decisions and modifications as MVP's internal authority-not a dev shop dependency

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
