Summary

Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise business applications related to recruiting, onboarding, and workforce data management. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, improving system utilization, ensuring data integrity, and serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings a mix of systems knowledge, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills to help optimize business processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and system vendors to support and optimize enterprise systems, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ERP platform
  • Analyze existing workflows, document business requirements, and support system configuration, enhancements, and integrations
  • Conduct data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and consistent data across systems
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including post-implementation support and user training
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze recruiting and workforce metrics and support data-driven decisions
  • Provide system access management, resolve user issues, and coordinate with vendors for application support as needed
  • Assist with system-related aspects of recruiting and onboarding workflows, ensuring processes are streamlined and compliant
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including procedures, workflows, and training materials
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending system or workflow enhancements


Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise business applications such as ATS and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of system workflows, data structures, security roles, and integrations
  • Experience gathering requirements, supporting system configurations, and partnering across functional teams
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data confidentiality


Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR-related systems
  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and change management concepts
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams and external software vendors


Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based with standard business hours
  • Occasional flexibility may be required during system implementations or key project milestones
