Experience recruiting technical candidates with a polygraph clearance (Intelligence Community)

SAP NS2 DOD / Intel Recruiter Remote with preference in the VA / DC area.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

This position requires access to customer data.

The NS2 recruiting team is looking for a seasoned recruiter with deep recruiting expertise in DOD/IC Programs, specifically high government security clearances.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading the recruiting function within your assigned lines of business, with particular emphasis on client management and developing a strategic, proactive approach to building the talent community.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage full hiring cycle for cleared programs with an emphasis on quality, speed and compliance.

Consults with hiring managers, crafts detailed and compelling job descriptions, determines effective screening questions, and posts requisitions on the NS2 career site and intel site.

Manages career-related content on social channels, responding to online reviews, and nurturing and maintaining online employment branding presence.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

Sources talent by using the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending events.

Screens talent to ensure candidates are qualified, cultural fits, and fully vetted for their interest in the role.

Build pipeline of passive candidates

Submits candidates to hiring managers and schedules interviews, assists hiring teams in decision process

Negotiates, prepares, and extends offer materials, and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates

Ensure all hiring activities follow government (OFCCP) regulations and company policies.

Attends/conducts meetings with hiring managers.

May travel for site visits and career events as needed (travel percentage is 5% - 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of recruiting experience preferably in the government contracting industry with at least 3 years focused on recruiting polygraph level positions that are highly technical.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred, a combination of equivalent work and life experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.

Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends.

Resourceful researcher, expert Boolean searcher, takes an active posture to find passive candidates.

Excellent sales skills, persuasive, and ability to effectively communicate with highly technical, specialized professionals.

Solutions-oriented and creative, out of the box thinker, identifies ways of working smartly and self-motivated.
