We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician I for our client in Fremont, CA

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I

Job Location: Fremont, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $21hr - $26hr

Requirement/Must Have:

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and cGMP guidelines.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to document work accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

Preferably 1+ years of experience in a cGMP regulated industry.
Experience performing routine manufacturing or production tasks.
Exposure to equipment cleaning, preparation, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

Execute routine manufacturing operations such as parts cleaning, weigh and dispense, equipment preparation, kit assembly, and staging.
Perform support activities including stocking materials, updating SOP binders, and discarding expired reagents.
Assist with CIP and SIP processes, buffer preparation, and transfer operations under supervision.
Conduct daily analytics and maintenance of analytical equipment.
Clean and set up manufacturing equipment.
Document all work according to cGMP and cGDP standards.
Identify and report process deviations, abnormalities, and equipment issues.
Maintain production areas according to 5S standards.
Follow all safety procedures and escalate unsafe conditions.

Should Have:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as purification, compliance, and quality control.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Skills:

cGMP compliance and documentation.
Equipment handling and maintenance.
Attention to detail and procedural execution.
Team collaboration and communication.

Qualification and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate s or Bachelor s degree or biotechnology vocational training preferred.
