OverviewThe Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support to end users, delivering timely issue resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and access issues both remotely and in person.
- Administer and support Active Directory, including user account creation, password resets, group memberships, and basic permissions.
- Support Microsoft 365 (O365) environments, assisting users with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and account troubleshooting.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using approved tools to efficiently resolve issues for off-site and distributed users.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused support, clearly communicating technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) user and group management
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications- Prior help desk or technical support experience
- Experience working in a ticketing system
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
