RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Sales Productivity Specialist in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to support device programs and commercial readiness initiatives. This role is responsible for managing device loaner and seeding programs, driving demand forecasting, and coordinating inventory and supply chain execution to ensure operational efficiency across the device lifecycle.

This is a cross-functional role requiring strong program management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to optimize resource utilization and improve execution outcomes.

Duties Include:
* Manage end-to-end execution of device loaner and evaluation programs (e.g., seeding, trials, field allocations)
* Track inventory utilization, program participation, and device return/compliance
* Ensure devices are allocated efficiently based on strategic priorities and demand signals
* Partner with field teams and stakeholders to optimize program reach and effectiveness

Drive Demand Forecasting & Inventory Coordination:
* Support demand forecasting processes by analyzing historical usage, pipeline signals, and business inputs
* Coordinate closely with inventory and supply teams to align forecasted demand with available stock
* Monitor supply constraints, excess inventory, and allocation risks
* Provide data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-7 years of experience in program operations, supply chain, or logistics
* Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply coordination
* Strong analytical and data skills (Excel, Power BI, forecasting tools, CRM systems)
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and programs
* Strong written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting hardware, electronics, or device-based programs
* Background in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory operations
* Experience supporting field or partner-facing programs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
