Responsibilities:
The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting modern web applications that enable operational intelligence, reporting, analytics, and data access solutions across the IT Service Assurance portfolio. This role works closely with product owners, business stakeholders, data engineers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that integrate with enterprise data platforms and cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and interactive web applications using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
Create intuitive user interfaces, reusable components, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
Ensure applications meet accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, AWS Kiro, and DevSpaces.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, microservices, real-time data services, and serverless architectures into enterprise applications.
Build advanced reporting, analytics, and visualization capabilities using modern charting and visualization frameworks.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Participate in application architecture, technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Follow established software engineering practices, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of web applications and solutions
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience developing modern web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless application development.
Experience integrating REST APIs and working with data-driven applications.
Experience building dashboards, analytics solutions, and interactive data visualizations.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, testing frameworks, and agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
