OneStream Developer / Administrator (Contract-to-Hire) – 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Developer / Administrator to support a large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. This is a highly visible opportunity to work in a techno-functional role supporting Finance and IT organizations while helping enhance, administer, and optimize the OneStream platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both OneStream Administration and Development, financial consolidation processes, integrations, and enterprise financial systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with OneStream Administration and/or Development

• Strong techno-functional experience supporting Finance and IT teams

• Experience administering enterprise financial planning and consolidation applications

• Experience with Hyperion environments

• Experience integrating OneStream with enterprise systems such as SAP, Snowflake, and Business Intelligence platforms

• Strong SQL development skills including stored procedures

• Experience creating OneStream dashboards, reports, and views

• Knowledge of secure data integrations, encryption, SFTP, and connectivity best practices

• Excellent troubleshooting and end-user support skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream application development experience

• Hyperion development experience

• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation experience

• Experience supporting full lifecycle OneStream implementations

• Exposure to AI-enabled planning or predictive analytics capabilities within OneStream

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance the OneStream platform

• Develop and support financial reporting, dashboards, and business rules

• Design and maintain integrations with enterprise applications

• Support financial consolidation and planning processes

• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support

• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver technical solutions

• Maintain system security, integrations, and platform performance

• Participate in ongoing platform enhancements and optimization initiatives
