Life & Annuity Manager Claims Process
Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite/Hybrid based on client need)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Life & Annuity Claims operations and process improvement initiatives
Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams
Handle claims processing workflows, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency
Support transformation initiatives within the Life Insurance and Annuity domain
Manage client communication, delivery expectations, and team coordination
Strong understanding of policy administration, claims lifecycle, and insurance operations is preferred

Required Skills:

Claims Process expertise
Leadership / Team Management experience

Process improvement and operational management experience
